Vessel: Tug Boat “McEwen”   Incident : a accidental discharge which occurred 1.00am Thursday Sept 28, 2019.   The system was installed as far as we can determine by Strategic Marine Singapore, at the shipyard approx. June 2016, and the vessel has been here in Australia for approx. 18mths.   It is a Tug Boat that is operated as part of the coal loading facility in Mackay, North Queensland.   The information seems to suggest that the 5700 unit has breached the steel enclosure, and the client is reporting that there is considerable damage to the vessel electrical systems.
